What relationships exist between education and school intended as organization phenomenon? What representation of educational experience and what engagement of the protagonists involved in the educational scene emerge from such a relationship? Onthe basis of the historical-economic and socio-cultural developments that signed the passage from 20th to 21st century, the author suggests a critical analysis of the new theoretical and practical perspectives concerning the educational system.
